Return & Refund Policy

At Milo's Nest, we want you and your child to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@milosnest.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. As our products are designed for children with specific needs, we want to make sure the fit is right. Please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrectly described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
