At Milo's Nest, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

Where We Ship We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas and school holidays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
